My Coaching is about YOU!

As your coach and facilitator I work in helping you achieve your goals, in a way that brings real and long lasting transformation, and hopefully: joy.

The Topic:

Either personal, work, business or family related; it doesn't matter! We can pick it up, because it is all important, interrelated and part of your life!

All you need is to allow yourself to invest in yourself, your life and your well-being, commit and go through the process.

The Process

We start with a 30 minute "Get to know" - Free Session.

In this meeting (video-call) we get to talk about your wishes and expectations, the structure of the coaching, the on-boarding and any questions you may have.

But most importantly: we get a feeling if we are a good match.

Coaching requires trust and the right "chemistry" between coach and coachee to be successful.

If the chemistry isn't right, you don't feel comfortable in any way or any of us have the impression that the coaching will not be beneficial to you, I will not take you in as a customer. I do not wish to waste anyone's time and money in something that will not serve them.

If the chemistry is right and we both believe the coaching will be beneficial to you, we will move on to the coaching sessions.

We will concentrate on balancing any possible dis-balances and freeing you from anything that is blocking you:

Consciously and subconsciously

Holistically (mind+body+spirit)

Every part of you is important, interconnected and matters.

Ignoring, rejecting or neglecting any part of you brings conflict and problems. This is destructive and the opposite of what you want.

My coaching is primarily based on Gestalt Therapy, Systemics, Embodiment, Movement and Meditation.

We will work on releasing your body and psyque - experientally from accumulated pains, behaviours and energies from the past, which cause you trouble or keep you stuck.

I have experienced numerous times personally and through my clients how this approach brings real long lasting change which improves life quality considerably in a relatively short time. As it is a humanistic approach, it require that the coachee takes responsibility for his/her actions and to have the disposition to change.

Through my long experience as an Engineer, Project Manager and coaching education, I also help my clients bring structure, sort out money issues, improve their business, make SMART & GOAL oriented plans, keep accountable and on track to achieve their goals.

I am convinced that we are all different and react to different stimuli based on our life experiences, tastes and personality. There is not one thing that fits everyone. I do not appreciate when people are put in a box, judged or stigmatized, made false promises or sold for dumb.

I do not "drill". I do not sell you "fancy words", "concepts", ideas or "programs" of what you "should" or "should not do"; nor some concept, recipe or "cure", that promises impossibles, sells me as an expert or that aims to make me rich. I have zero interest in that. Everything what I offer I have tested myself and only offer it because I know it works and can be of use to someone else.

Only you know what is right for you.

Unfortunately, some of us are and have been so detached from ourselves that we don't know how we can access this knowledge. We doubt ourselves, our decisions, our opportunities, our life. We are afraid to make decisions. We buy tons of self-help books, courses, or nowadays videos/podcasts/reels, etc. looking for help, a quick-solution, a recipe, anything that we hope will bring us closer to where we "think" we want to be. How shouldn't we? This has been the continuous marketing strategy fed upon us constantly for the last 60 or more years of all sorts of "experts" telling us we know nothing and we do everything wrong or could do it better. No wonder why we all fall for it. The outcome being unfortunately an overload on information, overwhelming further doubts in ourselves, some short lived trends and actions, but which are unfortunately mostly not addressing anything of value.

Because mostly, we think that the issue is somewhere different of where we it really is.

We are looking at the "symptoms" instead of looking at the "cause". But this is natural and human: we are directly involved, so our point of view is limited. Finding out what really lays behind symptoms or wishes, what the real topic is, what needs to be done, requires someone with experience, who can look into the root cause, that has the sensitivity, empathy and tact, who understands what is going on, or who has been in a similar situation. It requires honesty, trust, openness and the right tools. It requires real un-biased distance and detachment to the situation, to be able to see the whole picture from a perspective that doesn't involve one's-self, that's why family members and friends are unfortunately mostly not the right partners and a professional is required.

Finding what is that makes you tick, what works for you, but most importantly, what brings you closer TO YOU, so that you can take control of your life and learn to trust yourself, your decisions and to make your own choices, taking care and responsibility for your own life (empowerment)(self-sufficient)(independent)(free), having the tools to master it, that is what my coaching is about.

My goal is to support, facilitate, enable and share my knowledge and experience if needed, so that you can be closer to you and live and fly for yourself: loving, self-suficient, empowered, balanced.

Each billed coaching session is 2 hours. This is to make sure that we have enough time and space to get into any topic that is important to you in the moment.
