❤️ Transformational Dance for me
As someone with a lot of energy, sitting still was never really for me. I've always loved to movethrough sports, dance (from ballet to capoeria),
and trying new things. Movement has been my natural language.
Through Transformational Dance, I found one of the most powerful ways to release tension and stress,
stay flexible and resilient, and truly listen to and care for my body. It gives me the freedom to be fully presentjust as I am, right here, right now.
→It's a form of active meditation that's not only healing but also incredibly fun.
This practice has helped me experience emotional shifts, uncover limiting beliefs, and gain surprising moments of clarity and insight.
I've been able to recognize and work through deep patternslike fear, boundaries, communication styles, reactions, and improve relationships all through dance. It still amazes me.
Because when you move with awareness, in a safe, judgment-free space, your body becomes a gateway to truth, healing, and transformation.
By allowing what is, without forcing anything, we create space for real growth.
Your innate intelligence knows what to do when it's finally allowed to move, feel, express, and release.
Every session is different, but I have never left one without feeling refreshed, energized, empowered, and deeply connectedto myself and to others.
I absolutely love it.
I've been practicing different forms of Transformational Dance since 2017and I honestly can't imagine my life without it.
